Managing Shipments to Complete Orders

For an order to be marked as completed, the order must be shipped from either the supplier or the seller. Managing the shipment for an order will give shipping information as well as complete an order. This will remove it from an Open or Production status and change it to Completed status. This affects all orders that are newer than 90 days. 

NOTE: Any order that is over 90 days will have been moved to the reporting database and the status cannot be changed.

To manage shipments of orders to complete them, follow these steps:
     1. Navigate to the order that needs to be shipped/closed
     2. While on the order details page, click on the package icon after the "Shipments" label

     3. Select the line item that needs to be shipped
     4. Select the shipper from the list and input the tracking number, the date and the cost for the shipment.
     5. Click Save Shipment
