Database Performance Tuning Schedule

Four51 runs periodic performance tuning scripts to ensure consistently high application speed.

Nightly

• Temp users older than four hours are deleted.

Each Saturday evening

• Orders older than 90 days are archived in the reporting database.  All orders can be accessed via reports while more recent orders can be accessed by Order Search.
• Unsubmitted orders older than 90 days are deleted. This setting can be changed per Buyer Company on the Edit Company Information page.
• Messages older than 90 days are deleted.
• PunchOut sessions older than 1 day are deleted.
• Outgoing Order Requests that have been in the queue for more than 30 days are deleted.
