Troubleshooting Application Error Messages

You may receive one of two types of errors when using the Four51 application.
1.   The server is currently busy and was unable to process your request.
2.   An application error has occurred.

The error code that accompanies each error is unique. Four51 Tech Support needs the specific number displayed on your screen in order to troubleshoot the issue.  Please submit a case as soon as possible after determining that you are experiencing a problem.

If you receive a message similar to this while running a large report, please narrow your results by entering additional filters before running the report again. If the problem persists, please submit a case to Four51.  Be sure to include the unique error code as well as detailed steps to recreate the error.
