Order Types Defined

The different types of orders can be assigned at the company, group, or users level.  A product must have at least one order type selected to be ordered.

Standard Orders:
With this permission assigned, buyers are able to place standard orders for products that have standard orders enabled on the product properties page.  Users with multiple order type permissions will only be allowed to place an order with one type at a time.

Replenishment Orders:
With this permission assigned, buyers are able to place replenishment orders for products that have replenishment orders enabled on the product properties page.  Users with multiple order type permissions will only be allowed to place an order with one type at a time.

Price Requests:
With this permission assigned, buyers are able to place price requests for products that have price request enabled on the product properties page.  Users with multiple order type permissions will only be allowed to place an order with one type at a time. Note that Price Request functionality is not available in Storefront 2.0.
