Create New Buyer User

To create a new buyer user, complete the following steps:
      1.   Log onto your Admin interface.
      2.   Click the “Buyers” top navigation tab
      3.   Select the buyer company with which you are working.
      4.   Click the “Users” tab. You should now see something similar to the following:

      5.   Click the “New User…” link.

NOTE: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
      6.   Fill out the user fields:
            a.   First Name: This will appear on orders and emails.
            b.   Last Name: This will appear on orders and emails.
            c.   Phone Number: This field is informational only.
            d.   Email Address: This must be a valid email address. It is used for communication of order status.
            e.   User Name: The username must be unique across ALL Four51 users.
            f.   Interop ID: This is usually a unique number used to identify someone on an outside system such as a billing application.
            g.   Password: The password must meet security level that is set on the Edit Company Information page.
            h.   Confirm Password: Used to ensure you typed the correct password.
            i.   Active: Check this box if the user should be active immediately.
            j.   Terms & Cond Accepted: Check this box if you have already received acceptance from the buyer user.If the box is not checked, the user will be asked to accept the terms and conditions upon his first logon.
      7.   Click the “Save” button.
